Know which conversations are saved
Meet’s first Match Room stays temporary; its transcript never carries into a later friend conversation. Spark matches have saved chats.
Stop contact when you choose
Blocking ends direct contact and prevents future contact. Blocked members remain manageable from your account settings.
Report a concern
Members can submit a report with relevant context for review. Reporting does not promise an immediate response or a specific outcome.
Manage access
Review active sessions, sign out everywhere, and deactivate your account without needing assistance from a member of our team. You are in full control.
Access Sosias your way
Use a keyboard, a smaller screen, light or dark mode, or reduced motion. Controls should stay clear and within reach.
Plain language by design
Important controls should never be vague.
Leaving, blocking, reporting and unmatching are essential controls, never premium benefits. A report can bring a concern to our attention; it cannot guarantee an immediate response or a particular outcome.
Spark My Type · Face-data boundary
Interest is not consent.
Joining the waitlist only registers a communication preference. It does not authorize Sosias to collect, upload, or analyze a face image.
My Type remains locked until the app confirms a separate plain-language consent, liveness enrollment, and completed face scan. Withdrawal and deletion behavior must be explained in the product before that gate can open.
