A Like is a first step, not an open invitation to message. A connection becomes a match only when the other person chooses it too.

Profile Swipe and My Type match when incoming interest is accepted. In Speed Dating, both people privately choose whether to continue.

Find your rhythm, one message at a time.

Your match opens a saved conversation. Pick an optional topic or icebreaker, ask about something on their profile, and get a feel for each other.

Chat at your own pace. Matching does not commit you to a call or a date, and you can unmatch, block or report whenever you need to.

Hear the laugh behind the message.

Ready to meet face to face? Invite your match to a free five-minute Quick Date video call. It is a little time together to see how the conversation feels.

Both people must accept. At the end, you can each choose to keep talking; an untimed call opens only when you both say yes.

Your choice, separately

Curiosity does not mean consent.

Joining a waitlist, creating an account, or using another Spark mode does not unlock My Type. The app must first confirm a separate plain-language consent, liveness enrollment, and completed face scan.
