Terms of use
A plain-language draft of the agreement for using Sosias Meet and, when separately available, Sosias Spark.
Your account
The proposed initial service is for adults aged 18 and over. Use accurate account information, protect your sign-in access, and do not impersonate another person. Access to a product or feature depends on its availability and your account status.
Two products, different connections
Meet offers temporary random conversations and separate saved conversations between accepted friends. A random transcript does not become a saved friend chat. Spark is a dating product with its own profile, eligibility, mutual-match and optional face-consent requirements. Joining a waitlist does not create an account or guarantee access.
Your choices and conduct
You can leave a conversation, decline contact, block or report a member, and use available account controls. Follow the Community Rules. Do not use the service to harass, exploit, deceive or harm others, evade restrictions, scrape member information or interfere with the service.
Content you share
Share only content you are entitled to use. The proposed permission for Sosias is limited to storing, processing and displaying that content to provide the feature you chose and to operate safety controls. You remain responsible for what you share. Other members may copy or record material outside Sosias controls.
Safety and account decisions
Sosias may restrict access or remove content under its published rules. Reporting is not an emergency service and does not guarantee an immediate response. Available notices and appeal controls explain account decisions without disclosing other members' private information.
Payments and closure
Any enabled paid feature must show its price, quota or duration, renewal terms and cancellation route before purchase. Closing product access and cancelling a subscription are distinct operations that must be clearly explained. Account deactivation ends access and triggers the documented data lifecycle; it does not mean every historical, transaction or safety record disappears immediately.
Before these terms take effect
The operator's legal identity, contact details, effective date, applicable jurisdictions, consumer rights, payment/refund terms and any liability provisions still require review. This draft is not the operative agreement and must not be used to claim launch approval.
